We have identified the root cause of this issue: A recent update caused authentication issues with cached data on the user's browser. The only solution is to close Basecone, clear all cache and cookies and then to open the app again.
We will continue to monitor the situation and help users with this process.

We are receiving reports that Basecone does not load after login. We've already seen that in most cases, clearing the browser cache and cookies solves this issue. We are currently investigating the root cause.
