Monitoring
The root cause of the issue has been found and newly uploaded documents are now going through recognition immediately. Documents that have been tagged earlier and are not yet processed, will be re-recognised in batches. We will continue to monitor this situation.

We are getting reports that newly tagged documents are not being recognized. Received documents are still saved by the system. We are now investigating this issue.
